I'm very proud to announce that Eon's Door was a 2012 Eric Hoffer First Horizon Award finalist! Although I didn't win the prestigious award (one that is promoted and featured on the US Review of Books), being a finalist is still a great honor. According to the Eric Hoffer Award officials, "After our rigorous first round of judging, less than 10% of the titles become category finalists. We consider this a distinction of its own merit..."
